皮膚の病理組織学的，免疫組織化学的検査

　皮膚は他のどこよりも生検しやすい臓器であり，その診断は病理組織学に負うところが大きい．採取組織からの情報を最大限に生かした良好な標本において，正常組織を熟知したうえでの異常所見の把握とその評価に基づく論理的な病理診断を行うことが肝要である．特に炎症性疾患においてはパターン分析とアルゴリズム診断が有用である．免疫組織化学は，診断困難時，特に分化がはっきりしない腫瘍の診断などで非常に有用であるが，あくまで傍証として考えるべきである．〔臨床検査　50：837-843，2006〕
