はじめに

 この稿では固形癌と関連する遺伝子多型について紹介する.残念ながらこの領域はいまだ診断的価値を議論する段階には到達していない.症例対照研究とそれらをまとめたメタ解析のエビデンスレベルで候補遺伝子多型が決められつつある現状を紹介し,最後に診断応用の可能性について述べたい.
