母体の胎児に対する免疫寛容成立機序

文献購入ページに移動 同種移植片である胎児が母体の免疫系により拒絶されることなく妊娠が維持されるためには,母体において胎児に対する免疫寛容の状態が形成されていると推測されている.この胎児に対する母体の免疫寛容成立機序に関する研究は広範囲に行われており,種々の機序が推測されている.それらのひとつひとつの機序は妊娠に特異的または非特異的なものであるが,お互いが組み合わさって作用することによって免疫寛容状態を成立させていると考えられている.
