胎盤機能不全と検査

　子宮内胎児発育遅延や胎児ジストレスなどの原因として胎盤機能の異常がある．このため胎盤機能を評価することが必要とされる．生化学的検査法にはE3，hPLなどがあるが，両者とも測定値のばらつき，個人差が大きいなど臨床的価値は低下している．超音波検査法を用いて子宮や胎児の血流計測を行い胎盤機能を推定できる．VEGFやPlGFなどの血管新生因子が注目され，今後，臨床応用される可能性がある．
