絨毛性疾患の診断，治療の新しい流れ

　本邦では絨毛性疾患取扱い規約に基づいて胞状奇胎の診断を行っているが，近年の妊娠診断法の発達に伴い，胞状奇胎の診断も早期化している．そのため，全奇胎，部分奇胎，顕微鏡的奇胎の鑑別には肉眼診断，病理診断のみならず遺伝子診断が有用であり，新しいガイドラインの作成が必要と考えられる．また，絨毛性疾患の臨床成績を国際的に比較・検討するためには，本邦でもFIGO 2000 staging/scoring systemを検討する必要がある．
