母体血中に流入する胎盤由来cell-free DNA/mRNAの臨床応用

　母体血漿中には，胎盤に由来するDNAおよびmRNAが流入している．これらは妊娠中に母体を通じて得られる胎盤の分子情報である．Cell-free fetal DNAは，胎児の性別診断，Rh型判定および父親由来の遺伝子異常の検出などに臨床応用されている．一方，cell-free placental mRNAの定量化は，妊娠高血圧症候群などに伴う胎盤機能不全を推定する新たな分子マーカーとして期待されている．
