悪性リンパ腫の発症機序

　悪性リンパ腫の発症原因には，遺伝子の異常が第一義的にかかわっている．宿主・環境・外来微生物が悪性腫瘍の3大要因といわれるが，そのいずれもが腫瘍細胞における遺伝子の異常に帰することができる．悪性リンパ腫の場合は白血病と並んで，遺伝子異常の中でも遺伝子転座が主要因となっているのが上皮系腫瘍と異なる点である．この遺伝子転座は，リンパ腫の病型によって異なることから，ある程度の遺伝子診断も可能になってきている．〔臨床検査　51：365-370，2007〕
