　悪性リンパ腫の病理組織診断において，免疫染色は必要不可欠な手法である．新WHO分類に則った病理組織診断をするためには，HE染色・特殊染色で大きく5グループに分けたのち，それぞれのグループに合った抗体の組み合わせを選択するとよい．最終診断は免疫染色を含めた病理組織診断，細胞診診断，フローサイトメトリー，遺伝子再構成，染色体検索などの結果を総合して判断することが望ましい．〔臨床検査　51：371-376，2007〕
