悪性リンパ腫の治療戦略とそのEBM―非ホジキンリンパ腫 (２) T/NK細胞性

　T/NK細胞リンパ腫にはいくつかの組織型のものが含まれるが，欧米ではB細胞リンパ腫に比較して少ないために治療においては必ずしも細胞表面マーカーによる分類はされてなかった．このため，T/NK細胞リンパ腫に特異的な治療戦略はなく，EBMは乏しい．ただし，従来の抗癌剤治療では，ALK陽性ALCL以外は予後不良である．共同研究で積極的に症例を集積し，同種移植や新薬の有用性を明らかにすることが期待される．〔臨床検査　51：417-421，2007〕
