国内で販売されている抗HBs抗体定量用体外診断用医薬品の評価：国内標準品を用いた検討

　国内で販売されている8種類の抗HBs抗体測定キットを用いて，抗HBsヒト免疫グロブリン(以下，抗HBs抗体)国内標準品の希釈系列検体を測定した．6種類のキットにおいてはほぼ期待される測定値を示した．しかしながら，期待値に比較して約0.5倍と1.5倍の測定値を示すキットが各1種類あった．このような乖離の原因を調査しその修正が行われた結果，1種類のキットは新規申請に向けて開発中であり，もう一種類のキットでは一部変更の手続きが行われている．これにより今後はHBV感染防御の基準と考えられる抗体価の“10mIU/ml”という数値について，いずれのキットを用いてもほぼ均一な定量が可能になることが期待される．
