膠原病とエピジェネティクス

　膠原病は遺伝因子と環境因子の相互関与による免疫異常を背景に起こる疾患である．ゲノムは変化しないがエピゲノムは様々な要因により変化することが明らかとなり，膠原病においてどのような変化が起こっているかが注目される．特に全身性エリテマトーデス(SLE)ではDNAメチル化低下が指摘されている．またDNAメチル化阻害剤でSLE様の病態が起こることも知られており，膠原病とエピジェネティクス研究の展開が期待される．
