移植と合併症―悪性腫瘍

　腎不全，免疫抑制，ウイルス感染などの影響により腎移植患者は悪性腫瘍の発生頻度が高い．腎移植後悪性腫瘍は近年急速に増加傾向にあり，2006年のわが国の腎移植患者の臨床登録集計によると約5%の患者に発生している．また人種，環境，感染などの影響が違うため，欧米やアジア近隣国と比較してもわが国の悪性腫瘍の種類や頻度は大きく異なる．腎移植後悪性腫瘍にはこのような特徴があるためその特有の病態を理解する必要があり，移植前のスクリーニングや移植後の定期検査などが必須のものとして行われている．治療としては通常の悪性腫瘍の治療に加えて，免疫抑制薬の調節などが行われる．
