文献概要

　近年の移植件数の増加，拒絶反応の理解の向上，免疫抑制剤の改良などに伴って，臨床検査の需要増加や検査内容の変化が認められるようになった．なかでも移植腎生検は，依然として，腎移植患者の診断と治療に寄与する最も重要な検査の一つである．ここでは，移植腎生検の診断ツールであるBanff分類を中心に，腎移植病理の最近の話題や問題点について概説する．
