文献購入ページに移動 本稿では,世界中に広く分布し,年間数十万人から数百万人に及ぶ非細菌性急性胃腸炎患者を発生させ続けているノロウイルスの病態,ウイルスの性状,予防衛生について概説した.また,日進月歩の進歩を遂げる各種ノロウイルスの検査法は,感染の早期診断と汚染物質の隔離が有効なノロウイルスの感染予防に必須なアイテムである.超高感度核酸増幅法,簡便かつ迅速な診断法である抗原抗体反応に基づくELISA法,イムノクロマト法等の検査法に関して,有用性,将来の展望について概説した.
