血栓性素因の診断手順

 若年発症,再発性,まれな部位の血栓症(脳静脈洞血栓症,門脈血栓症,腸間膜静脈血栓症など),習慣性胎児死亡などの既往,家族歴に若年性血栓症の発症,などを認めた場合は先天性血栓性素因の存在を考え,血液凝固制御因子活性の測定を行う.一方,後天性血栓性素因の代表である抗リン脂質抗体症候群の診断には,各種抗リン脂質抗体の検査を行い,さらにその他の要因の診断のために血中ホモシステインやリポ蛋白(a)濃度の測定,悪性腫瘍の検索などを行う.
