ワルファリン療法モニタリングの簡易測定法

　ワルファリンカリウム(ワルファリン)は，血栓性疾患の治療や再発予防に最も広く用いられている経口抗凝固薬である．ワルファリンはその治療域が狭く，過剰投与が出血のリスクを増大させる一方で，投与量の不足は血栓症の再発をきたす．ワルファリン療法の適切な効果を発揮させるためには，PT-INR値をモニタリングし，ワルファリン効果の至適治療域に入るように投与量を絶えず調節する必要がある．最近，PT-INRの簡易測定装置が開発され，ワルファリン療法中のPT-INR値の自己測定や内服用の自己調節が，医療機関のみでの管理と比較して重篤な出血や血栓性疾患のリスクを軽減できることが欧米の臨床研究により明らかにされている．本邦においてもワルファリン療法の簡易モニタリング法が導入され，より安全なワルファリン療法を目的とした日常臨床へ応用されることが期待される．
