Porphyromonas gingivalis，Tannerella forsythensisおよびTreponema denticolaよりも病態特異的なAP24の歯周診断指標としての意義

　現在700種以上の口腔細菌種が同定されている．そのうち培養可能な細菌は50%程度に過ぎない．近年，われわれは，従来歯周病の初発因子と考えられている病原性細菌Porphyromonas gingivalis，Tannerella forsythensisおよびTreponema denticolaよりも病態特異的な難培養細菌AP24を発見した．本報では，その歯周診断指標としての有益性を報告する．
