妊娠と自己抗体

　自己免疫疾患は比較的若い女性に多いため妊娠に合併する頻度も高い．本稿では妊娠により影響を受ける自己抗体と，母体や胎児・新生児に影響を及ぼす可能性がある自己抗体について述べる．
