1．はじめに

　先天感染の原因となるウイルスは多岐にわたる．表1¹⁾に本邦における主なウイルス感染症を示す．多くのウイルス疾患において，感染予防を目的とした管理が行われてきたが，一部のウイルス疾患においては，胎児治療が試みられている．本稿においてはサイトメガロウイルス(cytomegalovirus；CMV)，パルボウイルスB19(以下PB19)を中心に紹介する．
