文献購入ページに移動 ノロウイルスとサポウイルスによる急性胃腸炎は世界各地で年齢を問わず発生している.これらのウイルスによる急性胃腸炎は臨床症状による判別が困難であるため,ウイルス学的検査によってのみ診断できる.また,これらのウイルスは同様の感染経路をとる可能性が高い.本稿では,ノロウイルスとサポウイルスについてその感染様式,ウイルス学的特徴,検出方法などについてまとめた.
