生薬の有効成分に対するモノクローナル抗体による生薬の品質評価解析

　特異性に優れ，均質であり，必要なときに必要な量確実に調製できることがモノクローナル抗体(MAb)を活用する利点であり，このことはMAbを活用した品質評価法の信頼性の高さに通じる．われわれはこれまでに約30種類の生薬由来有効成分に対するMAbを作製し，それらを活用した迅速・高感度な生薬品質評価解析法を開発している．本稿では，カンゾウの有効成分グリチルリチンに対するMAbを用いた二種類の免疫化学的分析手法を取り上げ概説する．
