脳磁図による脳病変の機能診断

文献購入ページに移動 脳磁図を用いて誘発反応や事象関連反応を計測することにより,体性感覚・聴覚・視覚などの機能診断が可能である.脳磁図では,空間解像度の高さを利用した大脳皮質の機能マッピングが特に普及している.局在診断以外の応用分野としては,主要成分の潜時変化や振幅変化に着目することによる脳機能の定量的診断がある.ここでは脳腫瘍・脳卒中など,脳の器質的病変を伴った症例における誘発脳磁図の実例を紹介し,その有用性について概説する.
