Helicobacter pyloriのかかわる病因

　Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori)感染により細菌側因子(病原因子)と宿主因子(免疫応答)との複雑な相互作用により組織学的胃炎を起こすばかりでなく，消化性潰瘍，胃癌，胃MALTリンパ腫などの多様な臨床病態が引き起こされると考えられる．H. pyloriの病原因子としてVacAによる直接細胞障害，Ⅳ型分泌機構を介したCagAなど菌体成分の胃細胞内へ注入などによる機序などが徐々に解明されてきた．今後さらなる検討が期待される．
