Helicobacter pyloriの病理診断

　胃生検組織を用いたHelicobacter pylori(H. pylori)の検出法(鏡検法)には，胃粘膜の組織学的変化を観察できる利点がある．鏡検法によるH. pyloriの検出には，①内視鏡医により適切な部位から生検がなされること(幽門大彎中部と体部大彎中部の2か所)，②鏡検者がH. pylori感染胃粘膜にみられる病理組織像(表層粘液細胞の細胞形態を変化，好中球浸潤)を捉え，③適宜，特殊染色を併用して判定することが重要である．
