文献購入ページに移動 サイトカインは細胞間の情報をつなぐ一群の蛋白質として,生命現象の様々な局面において重要な働きを有する.それぞれのサイトカインは,特異的な受容体に結合することにより,細胞内に備えられたシグナル伝達経路を活性化する.サイトカインはその受容体の構造によって7つに分類され,Ⅰ型とⅡ型受容体は,サイトカインシグナル経路で特徴的なJAK-STAT経路を使っている.このほかTNFなどのⅢ型,インスリンなどのチロシンキナーゼ型受容体,TGF受容体タイプ,ケモカイン型受容体,IL-1受容体型などがあり,それぞれ異なるシグナル経路によって制御され,細胞の運命決定を左右する機能を保有している.
