副甲状腺機能障害

副甲状腺機能異常の中で機能低下症について，その原因と病態，病態生理からみた治療管理の概略を述べた．副甲状腺機能低下症は様々な原因で発症し，その鑑別は治療方針の決定に重要である．また，治療においては欠落ホルモンを補充することは難しく低Ca血症を活性型ビタミンDの投与で補正しているだけであるため，高Ca尿症の発症に注意する必要がある．
