マルチプレックスPCRによるハイリスクHPVのタイピング検査法

　型特異的プライマーを用いてマルチプレックスPCRを行い，その産物をマイクロチップ電気泳動で分離するジェノタイピング法を開発した．ハイリスクHPVの13種類のうち，わが国で前癌状態や癌への進展リスクの高い7種類のHPV(16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 52, 58型)についてはジェノタイピングを行い，その他の6種類はA群として一括同定した．本法は安価であり，感度，精度に優れ，多検体処理も可能であるため，検診への導入も容易であろう．
