結石マトリックス成分と分析法

文献購入ページに移動尿路結石症は臨床では一般的な疾患であるが,その発生機序はいまだ明確にされていない.尿中の結晶が成長し凝集が起こり,さらに結石芽形成を経て結石化(固化)に成長する過程で,様々な有機物質(結石マトリックス)がその成長・凝集に対して抑制あるいは促進の方向に関与し,含まれていく.それらの各物質を同定し解析することや,個々の物質ごとの関連性を解明することにより結石発生機序の解明に迫り得るものと思われる.本稿ではこれまで報告されている代表的な結石マトリックスとそれらの一般的な分析法について紹介する.
