ウイルス性胃腸炎の施設内感染防止対策

■感染対策上重要なウイルス性胃腸炎は，ノロウイルスとロタウイルスによるものである．

■これらのウイルスの施設内感染防止には，感染対策の基本である標準予防策および接触予防策が不可欠であるが，現実的にはそれだけで施設内感染を防ぎきることはできない．

■ノロウイルスにおいては，排泄物からウイルスが飛散しそれを吸入することによっても感染することを念頭に置いた対策が，ロタウイルスにおいては，ワクチンを普及させて発症数そのものを減らす対策が重要である．
