■骨髄病変の有無は選択する治療方針に大きく影響する．

■核クロマチン構造，核小体，細胞質の好塩基性の程度など，症例ごとの特徴を捉え，骨髄病変の有無を検討する．

■ISH法によるEBER陽性細胞の有無，フローサイトメトリー（FCM）などの結果を参考に慎重に判定する必要がある．
