血管免疫芽球性T細胞リンパ腫

■血管免疫芽球性T細胞リンパ腫（AITL）は，CD3⁺，CD4⁺，CD10⁺，CXCL13⁺，PD-1⁺の表現型を示す濾胞ヘルパーT細胞（TFH）に由来する腫瘍である．

■AITLは病理組織学的にリンパ球，形質細胞，免疫芽球などの多彩な反応性成分を伴う細胞浸潤，濾胞樹状細胞（FDC）や高内皮細静脈（HEV）の増生を特徴とする．

■AITLでは高率に骨髄浸潤を認めるが，骨髄塗抹普通染色標本のみで腫瘍細胞を同定することは一般的に困難であり，骨髄生検標本での特徴的組織所見の検索や，フローサイトメトリー（FCM）や免疫組織化学的手法によるCD10⁺陽性T細胞の同定が確定診断のために重要である．
