腎動脈超音波検査

■腎動脈狭窄（RAS）の診断に超音波検査は有用である．

■動脈硬化性病変では両側性の起始部に生じ，線維筋性異形成（FMD）では腎動脈中部から遠位部に数珠状の血管狭窄をきたす．

■腎動脈狭窄（径狭窄率≧60％）は収縮期最高血流速度（PSV）≧200cm/sec，RAR（renal/aorta ratio）≧3.5，狭窄後乱流などから診断される．
