■肺癌におけるALK融合の同定には，RT-PCR，FISH，および免疫染色などの方法が挙げられるが，そのそれぞれに長所，短所がみられる．

■FISH法と抗ALK iAEP免疫染色法の一致率は99.5％で，FISH法をゴールドスタンダードとした場合の抗ALK iAEP免疫染色の感度は95.2％であった．
