リアルタイムPCR法を用いた網羅的迅速検索法

■急性呼吸器系感染症では原発感染としてウイルス関与の割合が高く，細菌は続発感染の原因となる場合が多い．

■臨床での診断を目的としたリアルタイムPCR法が開発され，世界的にも注目されているが，臨床検査材料から主要な原因微生物を迅速に検索することが可能である．

■急速に進行する細菌の耐性化を防ぐには，原因微生物を迅速に推定し，そのエビデンスに基づいた抗菌薬の適正使用が求められている．リアルタイムPCR法による検索結果を，症例の胸部X線写真所見，臨床症状，臨床検査値と併せて応用することが期待される．
