■膵頭十二指腸切除術（PD）後に非アルコール性脂肪性肝疾患（NAFLD）を発症することはよく知られているが，その発症機構は不明である．

■本検討では，PD後のNAFLD発症には膵外分泌機能低下が関係していると考えられた．

■膵酵素補充療法がNAFLDや肝機能異常の改善に有効である可能性が示唆された．
