睡眠時呼吸モニタリング

■睡眠時無呼吸症候群（SAS）の問題は，過度の眠気による社会生活，特に安全管理上の問題と，心循環系に多彩な影響を及ぼすことの2点である．

■SASの診断には，監視下における標準睡眠ポリグラフ検査（PSG）が不可欠である．

■閉塞型睡眠時無呼吸症候群（OSAS）の主な治療法には，持続的陽圧呼吸（CPAP）療法，口腔内装置（OA），生活習慣の改善がある．

■SASの治療の意義は，①日中の眠気の改善による労働と生活の質の改善と，②心血管系合併症の治療および心血管イベントの防止にある．
