Helicobacter pyloriと胃癌

文献購入ページに移動■Helicobacter pyloriが胃粘膜炎症を引き起こし,消化性潰瘍の発症に深く関与すること,さらに胃癌の大部分がH. pylori感染を基盤に発生することが明らかとなっている.
■しかし感染者のほとんどが胃癌にならずに一生を終え,また胃癌の発症率にかなりの地域差があるのも事実であり,その原因としてH. pyloriの病原因子,特にCagA,VacA,OipA,DupAが関与している.
■H. pyloriの病原因子CagAには,繰り返し配列がみられ,その配列の構造および繰り返し数が直接および間接的に胃癌の発症に関与している可能性がある.
