HTLV-1と成人T細胞白血病

■ヒトT細胞白血病ウイルス1型（HTLV-1）の感染には生きた感染細胞が必須であるため，生体内で感染細胞の増殖を促進する．

■成人T細胞白血病（ATL）の確定診断にはHTLV-1のモノクローナルな組み込みを証明することが必要である．
