ヒトパピローマウイルスと子宮頸癌

文献購入ページに移動■子宮頸癌におけるHPV(human papillomavirus)の発癌メカニズムの役割は,ほぼ解明された.
■子宮頸癌においては,検診におけるHPV検査やHPVワクチンの導入が進みつつあり,予防できる癌として臨床像が大きく変貌している.
■外陰,腟,陰茎,肛門などのいわゆる性器肛門癌においても,HPVの関連性は明らかになった.
■最近,HPV関連頭頸部癌の増加が報告され,特に,中咽頭癌におけるHPVの関与の根拠が次第に大きくなってきている.
■HPV関連中咽頭癌では,非HPV関連中咽頭癌に比して,予後が良い.
