接合菌症

●接合菌症の原因真菌としてRhizopus属，Rhizomucor属，Mucor属，Cunninghamella属の頻度が高い．

●接合菌症はコントロール不良な糖尿病，血液悪性疾患，臓器移植，免疫抑制剤，外傷，鉄キレート剤使用などがリスク因子であり，また抗真菌薬使用中のブレークスルー真菌症として注意を要する．

●一般的に接合菌症は電撃的な経過をとり，予後不良な真菌症である．予後改善には早期診断・治療が最も重要である．

●接合菌症の診断は比較的困難であり，有用な診断法は存在しない．臨床的に接合菌症が疑われたら，いろいろな診断法を組み合わせて診断を得るよう努力する．
