●日本において初めてスギ花粉症を対象とした舌下免疫療法が承認される見通しである．

●特異的免疫療法は，アレルギー性鼻炎の重症度にかかわらず適応することができる．

●特異的免疫療法により，アレルギー性鼻炎に対する効果だけでなく，全身的な効果が期待できる．

●舌下免疫療法を受ける際は，免疫療法の意義と方法を，十分に理解する必要がある．

●2009年から使われ始めたオマリズマブにより，重症喘息診療が向上した．
