文献購入ページに移動●ヒスタミン遊離試験(HRT),好塩基球活性化試験(BAT)は,in vitroでⅠ型アレルギーにかかわるエフェクター細胞(好塩基球)の機能を直接評価できる臨床検査で,食物アレルギー,アトピー性皮膚炎,アレルギー性鼻炎などⅠ型アレルギー疾患における原因抗原の診断に有用である.
●TARCは,アトピー性皮膚炎における診断や重症度評価において有用性が示されている.
●ペリオスチンは,気管支喘息において重症度評価や治療反応性の予測におけるバイオマーカーとして有用性が期待される.
●呼気一酸化窒素(NO)測定は,非侵襲的に好酸球性炎症気道炎症を検出できる検査であり,気管支喘息の診断に有用である.
●TARCは,アトピー性皮膚炎における診断や重症度評価において有用性が示されている.
