フィブリン関連マーカーと血栓症の診断

●フィブリン関連マーカーには，フィブリン分解産物（FDP），D-dimer，可溶性フィブリン（SF）などがある．

●D-dimerは二次線溶を，FDPは一次ならびに二次線溶を，SFは血栓傾向を反映する．

●D-dimerは肺塞栓症（PE）/深部静脈血栓症（DVT）の除外診断に有用であり，SFは過凝固状態（前血栓状態）の診断にも有用である．

●SFやD-dimerは標準化されていないため，キットごとに至適カットオフ値を決定することが重要である．

●SFやD-dimerは出血でも増加する．
