抗CCP抗体検査の実際と問題点

●関節リウマチ（RA）患者に出現する抗シトルリン化ペプチド抗体（ACPA）の測定は，抗CCP抗体検査として表現されている．

●ACPAの有無による予後推測と治療薬選定の可能性が模索され始めているが，その確立は今後の課題である．

●ペプチジルアルギニンデイミナーゼ（PADI）-4の変異がACPAの検査値にどのように影響を及ぼしているかが注目されている．

●2010年ACR/EULAR新分類基準ではACPAの検査値が重要なファクターであり，標準値の設定が必要である．
