乳癌の遺伝子診断（Oncotype DX®）

Point

●ホルモン受容体陽性，HER2受容体陰性乳癌のサブタイプに化学療法を施行するかどうかが大きな臨床的課題となっている．

●このサブタイプに多遺伝子アッセイ法を用いて，予後予測と化学療法の治療効果予測を行うのがOncotype DX®検査である．

●Oncotype DX®はホルマリン固定パラフィン包埋の腫瘍組織から逆転写ポリメラーゼ連鎖反応（RT-PCR）法を用いて21種類のRNAを抽出し，決められたアルゴリズムに基づいて再発スコア（RS）を算定する．

●わが国では保険適用となっておらず，約40万円の高額な自費検査である．
