Point

●CEAの分子学的性状や生理的変動等について紹介する．

●CEA測定試薬における課題として，同一キット内の精度は良好であるものの，キット間差が存在することが挙げられる．

●各メーカーの努力によってCEA測定試薬の精度は向上しているものの，WHO準拠がまだ一部のキットにとどまっているといった課題はまだ解消されていない．
