血液学検査における単位の標準化—国際比較の観点から

Point

●検査血液学的分野において，国際的動向を踏まえながらの標準化活動は大変，重要である．

●血球計数関連検査の報告単位には従来SI単位が推奨されているが，慣用単位も広く使用されている．

●わが国では血液検査の報告単位がまちまちであり，さらに報告値の桁数についても種々の表記がみられる．

●患者中心の医療には検査値の共有化が必須であり，検査結果の報告単位や桁数の不統一は早急に解決すべき重要な課題である．
