Antimicrobial stewardshipにおける薬剤師の役割

Point

●stewardship多職種チームのコアメンバーとして，感染症のトレーニングを受けた臨床薬剤師が必要である．

●薬剤師がかかわるのは“介入とフィードバック”と“フォーミュラリーの作成と抗菌薬使用制限”である．

●感染症専門薬剤師がASPチームで介入をすることによって，抗菌薬の適正使用を推進することが可能となる．

●病棟薬剤師を活用して，わが国独自のASPの構築を目指さなくてはならない．
