●届出制・許可制は抗菌薬開始時のみの介入であり，対象となる抗菌薬は全抗菌薬の一部に限られる．

●介入とフィードバックの実践によるリアルタイムな主治医への提案がantimicrobial stewardshipを推進する．

●初期投与設計を含めた薬物血中濃度モニタリング（TDM）の推進も適正使用を推進する．
