ALP活性の測定法の変遷と血液型の相違に伴う基準範囲の変動との関係—現在のJSCC法からIFCC法への変更を考慮した検討

　現在，アルカリ性ホスファターゼ（ALP）活性測定法は日本臨床化学会（JSCC）法から国際臨床化学連合（IFCC）法への変更が検討されている．JSCC法は小腸型ALPに対する反応性が高く，血液型の相違によって基準範囲が異なる問題が報告されているが，これはJSCC法の普及後に明らかにされた．本稿では，現在に至るまでのALP活性測定法と血液型との関係について検討を行った．その結果，血液型の相違に伴う基準範囲の相違は，現在のJSCC法に至るまで大きく変動してきたことが明らかとなり，今後，IFCC法への変更がなされた場合は，その影響は軽減されると考えられた．さらに，これらの変動は，基質の変更より緩衝液を変更したことが，より大きな要因であったと結論付けられた．
